Guest Services Manager

Maranatha is looking for a full-time Guest Services Manager, whose responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•  Managing all Guest Service aspects of Maranatha’s summer and retreat season ministries, including facilitation of all guest lodging reservations.
•  Establishing standards for exceptional guest service, and developing and/or leading training programs that equip all managers and staff to consistently serve above and beyond our guests’ expectations.
•  Establishing and maintaining genuinely caring relationships with residents and an ever-growing number of summer and personal retreat guests with the goal of increasing and retaining summer and personal retreat guest reservations and overall net income.
•  Managing Maranatha’s Front Desk area, and recruiting, training, scheduling and supervising all Guest Services (Front Desk) personnel to ensure that all guests and residents receive exceptional attention and hospitality.
•  Developing and managing annual Guest Services budget, including both revenue and expenses to insure budget compliance.
•  Administering and being responsible for the integrity of the lodging reservation system.
